Adult PE Class (Ages 18+)

We’re throwing it back to the good old days with childhood-favorite gym games like dodgeball, kickball, big base and more! This program meets weekly on Thursdays – join in for a fun and active social experience!

Adult Rock Climbing (Ages 15+)

Learn rock climbing skills and techniques on our 32′ indoor rock climbing wall! Challenge your skills and knowledge by tying knots and climbing different routes.

Six-Week Warrior (Ages 18+)

Get ready for a total mind/body transformation! The Six-Week Warrior program is a lifestyle recharge that includes support and guidance in nutrition, fitness and stress management!

Intro to Lap Swimming (Ages 15+)

Learn how lap swimmers share lanes and get some swimming basics to get you started on a swimming workout! Our Aquatics staff will also show you where the lap swim equipment is stored and how to use it!

Babysitting Safety Classes (Ages 11+)

This six-hour American Red Cross babysitting course is a hands-on way to learn everything you need to know about babysitting! Get CPR and First Aid certified (good for two years), learn how effective manage and respond to emergency situations and more!
