Registration Opens:
Tuesday, March 9 at 7:00 a.m.
for YMCA Members
Wednesday, March 10 at 7:00 a.m.
for Non-Members
Spring/Summer Session Dates:
Session 1: March 22 - April 17
Session 2: April 19 - May 15
Session 3: June 7 - July 3
Session 4: July 5 - 31
Session 5: August 2 - 28

YMCA Program Registration Policies
• Registration must be completed before the applicable deadlines.
• YMCA membership may be purchased on member registration
days to obtain member rate.
• No advanced registrations will be accepted.
• There will be no prorating of class fees for missed classes.
• Please have your YMCA membership card available at registration.
• Classes are subject to cancellation based on enrollment.
YMCA Program Credit/Refund Policy
There is a $5.00 charge for all refunds/credits unless the class is cancelled by the
YMCA, then a full refund is granted. If you apply before the first class meeting, then a full credit, less $5.00 will be given. Once a class begins, the credit is as follows: 1 week : 1/2 credit less $5.00 service charge. After 1 week: no credit. There will be no credit/refund due to weather-related cancellations. No credit is given for membership or missed classes. You will need to fill out a refund/credit form. The form will be reviewed and you will be informed by mail of the action taken.

Insurance Notice
It is the responsibility of every individual or their parent/ guardian to provide for their own accident and health coverage while participating in all YMCA activities. The YMCA of Cass and Clay Counties does not provide any accident or health
coverage for participants.
Open Doors Program
Within the limits of available funding, the YMCA does not refuse membership or program services to any person because of a proven inability to pay the cost of participation. We encourage your inquiry.
