STAFF QUALIFICATIONS

Qualified, Nurturing and Friendly Staff:

Full-time Director: BS Child Development and Family Science with 11 years of experience in After-School programming with a minimum of 15 training hours a year in working with children grades K-6.

Full-time Site Coordinators: BA/BS Elementary Education or related field with a minimum of 15 training hours a year in working with children grades K-6.

Part-time Staff: Experienced in childcare or/and working toward degrees in Elementary Education or related field with a minimum of 15 training hours a year in working with children grades K-6.

AmeriCorps Volunteers: Experienced in childcare or/and working toward degrees in Elementary Education, Social Work or related field with a minimum of 15 training hours a year in mentoring and effective homework.

All Staff: Certified in First Aid and CPR as well as Basic Training Skills for licensing.
