You may cancel your membership by coming to either YMCA location, filling out a drop form, and turning in your membership card(s) by the end of the month. Members who cancel their membership on or after the 1st of the month, will still be drafted on the 15th day of that month.
Health Club Credit Programs: Many Y members get paid to work out! The Y partners with many insurance providers to offer monthly reimbursements to members with participating health plans. To find out if your plan qualifies, simply call the number on the back of your insurance card.

Open Doors Income-Based Membership
The Y is for everyone. Our programs, services and membership: enable kids to realize their potential, offer ways for families to have fun and be active together, and empower people to be healthier in spirit, mind and body. And that’s just the beginning.
Our Y provides the Open Doors Income-Based Membership program to help families and individuals take part in Y programs and services. By simply bringing in your family’s most recent income tax return and two most recent pay stubs or assistance award letters, we can determine your personalized membership rate based on a sliding scale. For details, please call a Membership Coordinator at 701.356.1477.
Members who do not wish to provide their financial information may join at any time at the full membership rates listed above.
The YMCA wants to thank all who serve in our military branches.
As a thank you, the YMCA of Cass and Clay Counties provides NO enrollment fee for all military. (Must present a military ID at time of sign up)
Through a partnership with the YMCA of the Armed Forces, we are also able to offer membership discounts to those who meet the criteria. Please set up a meeting with a Membership Coordinator at 701.364.4124 to discuss your eligibility. For Active Duty or Title 10 Members, please bring in your IDP (Independent Duty Personnel Fitness/Membership) Authorization signed by both your commanding officer and the Service POC. For National Guard/Reserve Members, please bring in a copy of your orders, stating the length of time that you are on Active Duty or Title 10 Orders (this time frame must be 6 or more months to be eligible). You must bring in your military ID, as well.
