Are you looking to make ongoing healthy lifestyle changes through weight loss? Join a YMCA Weight Loss Challenge!
Weight Loss Challenges at the YMCA are designed so that individuals of all levels of fitness can take steps towards healthy lifestyle changes, and approach weight loss in a safe, motivating, and supportive environment.
Winter Weight Loss Challenge
Participants will motivate each other and hold each other accountable. Challenge winners will be determined by body fat mass lost + skeletal muscle mass gained. You may participate individually, or as part of a team of four.
Challenge runs from January 15 – April 15, and is open to ages 15+.
• One consultation with a Personal Trainer
• Three InBody Body Composition Scans
• Exclusive YMCA Challenge Shirt upon completion
InBody Scan Dates:
• Round 1: January 15, 16, 17, 18
• Round 2: March 1, 2
• Round 3: April 15, 16
Participants must check in at either YMCA location three times for on-site InBody Composition Scans.
