> Fitness: Boot Camp, Tabata, Weight Training, Yoga, Run/Walk/Nature Hike, Body Assessments (optional), Group Fitness – land/water, Ropes Course, Climbing Wall
> Stress Management: Yoga/Tai Chi/Meditation, Mindful Relaxation Techniques, Journaling/Reflection, Team Building/Group Sharing, Discussion and Speakers
> Nutrition: Healthy Meals, Mindful Eating Seminar, One-on-One Nutrition Counseling, Discussion and Speakers
