YMCA Personal Trainers will work with you one-on-one to identify your goals, level of fitness, areas for growth, and more. This personal attention will help you reach your goals and make healthy living a part of your lifestyle. Scheduling is very flexible! Personal Training for Kids & Teens
Kids and teens will get active and improve their performance in sports with Personal Training – now available for ages 8+! Working out is more fun when you do it with friends – and personal training is, too! Get all the advantages of YMCA Personal Training in a fun partner setting. Small Group Training
Stay accountable and find new workout partners with Small Group Personal Training – NEW at the YMCA! Sign up for the day/time you would like, and you will be placed in a group with up to 5 other participants. Sign up with friends, or meet new people! Open to YMCA members only. Personal Run Coaching
Want to get more into running? Getting ready for your first 5k, Half-Marathon, or Marathon? This program will help you improve race times, complete longer distances, work through nagging injuries, and prepare for a better experience on race day. Our Personal Run Coach will work with you to come up with a personalized plan to improve your strength, flexibility and endurance, navigate through roadblocks, and more. All levels welcome! One-Time Form Check
Take a hands on approach to evaluating your squat, deadlift, bench, press and/or Olympic Lifts, including power cleans and power snatch form. This 90 min. session gives one-on-one attention, focusing on any types of lifts or training areas to break through any sticking points or plateaus in your lifting technique. Smart Start Fitness Center Orientation
Whether you’re a life-long athlete or just joined a gym for the first time, we want you to feel comfortable in our fitness centers! That’s why we offer a FREE 30 minute Smart Start Fitness Center Orientation to all members. A YMCA Personal Trainer will walk you through our Fitness Center guidelines, show you how to use the cardio and weight equipment, answer any questions you may have, and more! YMCA Training Plans
Not confident in your lifting plan or schedule? Need guidance on how and when to train? Try YMCA Training Plans, personalized to meet your needs and goals!
