Because our personal training is done in the Y environment, it’s comfortable, approachable, and not intimidating. Scheduling is very flexible! A personal trainer is available at both locations, every day from open to close. Personal Training is available for ages 8+.

Personal Training for Kids & Teens
Kids and teens will get active and improve their performance in sports with Personal Training – now available for ages 8+! A certified Personal Trainer will meet with kids and teens to get them on track to lead a healthy lifestyle, excel in sports, and more! One-Time Form Check
Take a hands on approach to evaluating your squat, deadlift, bench, press and/or Olympic Lifts, including power cleans and power snatch form. This 90 min. session gives one-on-one attention, focusing on any types of lifts or training areas to break through any sticking points or plateaus in your lifting technique. We focus on proper cueing and technique to build a stronger foundation in your lifting. Ages 15+. Members: $90, Non-Members: $120. How to Purchase
Personal Training sessions must be purchased in-person at either Member Services Desk. At time of purchase, participants will receive a ‘card’ for each session purchased which needs to be turned in upon redemption.
How to Schedule
Personal Training sessions may be scheduled at either Member Services Desk, Fitness Desk or over the phone at 701.293.9622. Sessions must be paid for in full before they are scheduled with a trainer. Personal Training sessions cannot be scheduled online.
How to Redeem
Purchased ‘cards’ must be turned into your scheduled personal trainer at the start of each session.
