Don’t forget to take advantage of your FREE Smart Start Fitness Center Orientation to get you on the right track to achieve your wellness goals. Whether you’re a life-long athlete or just joined a gym for the first time, we want you to feel comfortable in our facility!
Here’s what to expect from the orientation:
Get to know the YMCA Fitness Center: There’s always something new to learn when you join a new facility! We’ll walk you through our Fitness Center guidelines, show you how to use our cardio and weight equipment, review basic fitness etiquette, and answer any questions you may have!
Health and Fitness at the YMCA: The YMCA offers health and wellness programming for ALL levels of fitness! During your session, we’ll also talk you through some of our other classes and programs, our Foundations courses, group fitness classes, wellness challenges, and more!
Next Steps: Whatever your health and wellness goals are, the YMCA is here to help! During your session, you’ll get take-home wellness info, goal-setting worksheets, and more! We can also help you get signed up for a second FREE session – like Lap Swim Foundations, Yoga Foundations, or a 60 min.
