Circuit Training Class

Join us for our NEW full-body circuit-style workouts let by a YMCA personal trainer! This class incorporates cardio and strength training segments, increasing the overall intensity of the class. Circuit focuses on all major muscle groups to improve muscular tone, endurance, strength, and cardiovascular fitness. This class will include all areas of training including, Olympic, power and strength lifts. Circuit Class will be maxed at 10 participants per class and will be on a first-come, first serve basis. Just show up at the Fitness Center Desk to join in on this great, fast-paced workout! Ages 15+.

Early Bird Circuit:

Schlossman YMCA Tues & Thurs  5:30 – 6:30am

Noon Circuit: 

Fercho YMCA Tues & Thurs 12:00 – 1:00pm
