Olympic Lifting Training

Learn proper Olympic lifting techniques, cues and progressions – including the Clean, Jerk, and Snatch lifts and variations – with a focus on education and injury prevention. These personal sessions are led by USAW Level 1 Sports Performance Coach. Ages 18+.
