Join us in an 8-week program designed to help you achieve your goals at the Fargo Marathon. We will meet twice a week in the evenings for typically 60 to 90 minutes, between the hours of 5:30-8:00pm. Activity time/length will vary based on activity. Activities include: swimming, yoga, cycling, aqua jogging, elliptical fitness training, full body group fitness exercise, core workouts, and more!
