Join us in an 8 week program designed to help you achieve your goals at the Fargo Marathon. We will meet twice a week in the evenings – times vary based on activity. Registration required.
Activities include: coaching, swimming, yoga, cycling, aqua jogging, elliptical fitness training, full body group fitness exercise, core workouts, and more!
