Weight Loss Challenges at the YMCA are designed so that individuals of all levels of fitness can take steps towards healthy lifestyle changes, and approach weight loss in a safe, motivating, and supportive environment.
12-Week Spring Meltdown Challenge
Looking to shed some unwanted weight before summer? Join us for our Spring Meltdown Challenge! Your certified personal trainer will meet with you and your team weekly, make sure that you are exercising at the correct intensity for optimal percent body fat loss, and also hold you accountable, along with your teammates!
|March 18 – June 8||Members: $299||Non-Members: $399|
This program is valued at $480 for Members and $899 for Non-Members
- 6 InBody Consultations (bi-weekly)
- 12 Small Group One-Hour Training Sessions with a trainer
- Weekly emails, including on-your-own exercise challenges
- Non-Members receive ‘member’ access to the Fercho and Schlossman YMCAs between March 18 – June 8.
