Are you looking to make ongoing healthy lifestyle changes through weight loss? Join a YMCA Weight Loss Challenge!

Weight Loss Challenges at the YMCA are designed so that individuals of all levels of fitness can take steps towards healthy lifestyle changes, and approach weight loss in a safe, motivating, and supportive environment. 

Participants will motivate each other and hold each other accountable, while a YMCA Personal Trainer will check in with fitness tips, workouts, healthy recipes, and more! Winners will be determined by body fat mass lost + skeletal muscle mass gained.

Challenge Includes:

• One consultation with a Personal Trainer
• Three InBody Composition Scans
• Weekly emails with fitness tips, workouts, healthy recipes, and more! – NEW!
• Exclusive YMCA Shirt upon challenge completion

Details:

• January 14 – April 7
• Ages 15+

InBody Scan Dates:

• Round 1: January 14, 15, 16, and 17
• Round 2: February 25 and 25
• Round 3: April 8 and 9
Participants must check in at either Y location 3 times for InBody Body Composition Scans. Your first scan will be scheduled when you register.
