Our personal trainers are here to help and truly care about your total health and well-being. Because our personal training is done in the Y environment, it’s comfortable and not intimidating. Scheduling is very flexible! A personal trainer is available at both locations, everyday from open to close.

INTRO TO FITNESS
We want you to feel comfortable using our facilities!
That’s why we offer a FREE fitness center orientation to all members.
Whether you’ve been a member for twenty years or two weeks, get comfortable with the fitness equipment, get started on cardio or strength training workouts, or just get to know your way around the fitness floor with a FREE 60 minute orientation, led by one of our personal trainers.

Before the personal training session can begin, you must pay at either Member Services Desk and receive a session card to redeem your actual appointment.
