Jeff Duerr

Experience
> 25+ years experience including: teaching and coaching physical fitness, collegiate-level athlete in Football and Track, Burggraff skating strength and conditioning specialist, many students becoming NHL hockey players, trained several Division One and NHL Hockey players, Division II football, basketball, and track and field athletes.

> Close working relationship with spine specialist, chiropractors, physical therapist, and medical doctors.
> CEC’s in marathon training, golf injury prevention specialist, joint integrity for athletes, and speed training for athletes.

Becca Murphy

Experience
> 15 years in the fitness industry
> A nationally collegiate level athlete with a background in swimming, strength and conditioning, boxing, bootcamp, group fitness, figure/bodybuilding and pageant experience.

Jason Fuller

Experience
> 8 years of training experience.
> Strength Coach for the University of North Dakota for three years working with football, volleyball, swimming and diving, track and field, baseball, softball, hockey, soccer, cheer, and dance.
> Collegiate level athlete in baseball.
> Trained and worked with Olympic athletes, multiple professional athletes in the NFL, CFL, NHL, UFC and smaller professional leagues.
> Trained and competing in Mixed Martial Arts.
> Active Duty Army Infantry for 3 ½ years organizing the daily physical training activity for my company of 150 men.
