Ages 12 - 14

Youth Exercise Concepts is designed to guide youth through the fitness center and teach expectations of using all adult activity areas including the fitness center, group fitness classes, pools and gym etiquette and behavior expectations. This class is required for members ages 12-14 to gain access in to the fitness center and all other adult activity areas and classes. The course takes three one-hour sessions with a Fitness Associate to complete.
